About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Toscano is a senior occupational therapist with more than 14 years of paediatric experience. In 2023 she opened Play & Bloom to provide early intervention for autistic and neurodivergent children, and she sees families at Bodyline Health in Lower Plenty. As a parent of two preschool-aged children herself, she understands the everyday realities families juggle.

Her sessions are play-based and led by your child’s interests, with clear goals set together with the family. Gabrielle aims to create a safe space where children feel free to be themselves while building the skills they need at home, kinder and school.

Your first appointment

The first session is relaxed and play-based. Gabrielle will get to know your child, hear your concerns and priorities, and observe how they play, move and interact. Together you will agree on goals and a plan, with practical ideas to use at home.

Funding and bookings

No referral is needed to book. Call reception on (03) 9017 4784 to book, and let us know if you plan to use NDIS, Medicare or private health funding so we can check how it applies.
