- Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–7pm, Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–2pm. Closed Sundays and public holidays.

Your first visit
What to expect
Your first appointment takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the therapy. It starts with a conversation about your injury or condition and what may be causing your symptoms. Your practitioner then assesses you and explains a diagnosis where possible, along with your treatment options.
We believe in education, so you'll leave understanding how to manage, treat and rehabilitate your condition.

Each practitioner works different days, but in most cases we can arrange an appointment on the day you call. As a courtesy, please give 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Getting here
Parking and access
We have plenty of free parking in our private car park, so there's no need to hunt for a spot. There's an accessible bay close to the entrance, and the clinic is single-level and fully accessible.
Before you come
What to bring
- Your private health fund card, if you have one
- Any relevant scans, X-rays or test results
- A referral letter, if you have one (not needed for most services)
- Comfortable clothing
Your practitioner may ask you to remove some clothing to examine or treat you, especially for X-rays. If you have any concerns, talk to your practitioner or reception before your appointment.
Paying
Payment options
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards.

- Veterans' Affairs (DVA)
- TAC and WorkSafe claims
- NDIS occupational therapy

How long is my first appointment at Bodyline Health?
Most first appointments take 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the therapy. Your practitioner will discuss your concern, assess you and explain your treatment options.
Is there parking at the clinic?
Yes. There is free parking in our private car park at 17 Main Road, Lower Plenty, including an accessible bay close to the entrance.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for standard private appointments. A referral is only needed for Medicare EPC, DVA-funded care or bulk-billed pathology.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a courtesy to our practitioners and other patients, please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
How can I pay?
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards, and you can claim your private health extras on the spot with HICAPS.
